Barker Collection Delivery & Returns

We use the delivery services supplied by EXPD, plus we have our own drivers that deliver to England Southern region as part of our daily Laundry service.


Delivery Options

Standard Delivery Cost: £6.95
Delivery time: Approximately 3 days

Next Day Delivery Cost: £23.95
Delivery time: Next Day on any orders placed by 1 pm, except Fridays, orders must be placed by 11 am.


Delivery is FREE on any orders over £100.00

Please note that delivery for laundered items will take 5-7 days as the products will all be freshly laundered and gift boxed by our factory in Bournemouth.


Delivery Destinations
Purchases can only currently be delivered to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man addresses. We are currently unable to offer international delivery, PO Box delivery, delivery to hotel addresses or British Forces Post Office delivery.


Proof of receipt
Please be aware that the courier will require a signature for your order on delivery. In the event that you are unavailable when the delivery is made a card will be left giving you the opportunity to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery at a convenient time.

For Non Faulty Goods
We want you to be entirely happy with your chosen products and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer but we do understand that sometimes you may just change your mind or decide that the item is just not suitable for yourself or the person you are buying for. If you do decide you wish to return an item for exchange or you don’t want to keep the goods please contact us by e mail or phone within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day.  Email:

You can return your products for an exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery) within 30 days of receipt, on the condition that the goods are returned to us in their original presentation packaging, unused and returned to us in the same condition they were received.

We suggest you wrap the items securely in their original packaging where possible and return them to our address:

We strongly recommend that returns are sent by ‘insured registered delivery’. Please obtain ‘Proof of delivery or a Postage Certificate’ from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us and will only issue a refund for the goods once they are in our possession. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods. Return postage for goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your cost.


For Faulty Goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
We will send you a replacement of the goods in question as soon as possible or issue you a full refund, including the original postage paid and postage of sending the items back (if a receipt is enclosed) on all ‘faulty’ or ‘incorrectly supplied’ items. All returns must be notified in writing and accepted by us before they are sent back.

Receiving your Refund
We will contact you by email when your refund has been processed.
All refunds will be paid with receipt of the goods and within 30 days, or where applicable replacement goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible, with no further cost to you.
Customers are required to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in their possession.
We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address.
